Hey there,

Not so long ago, I mentioned how much working with Jenni Gritters shaped the way I’m running my business right now.

So when she reached out this summer and said, “Hey, here’s what I’m thinking…” I was all ears.

What she was thinking: a refresh for SUSTAIN, her foundational coaching community for solopreneurs doing business (and life) differently—this time by bringing in more leaders and perspectives.

I’ve spoken with this community twice before, and each time I left buzzing from the energy in the Zoom room and the thoughtful questions people brought about breaking free from the ‘shoulds’ and building a business on their own terms.

So when Jenni asked me to join her and Andrea Reeves as a co-coach, it was an easy ‘yes!’ And if you know me, you know I’m picky about where I put that title—and this is one of the few places it feels right.

Because anytime I can connect with solopreneurs who feel like the usual playbook wasn’t written for them, I want to be there with bells on to help them build something unapologetically theirs (and with boundaries that keep burnout at bay).

So What the Heck is SUSTAIN?

Since 2023, SUSTAIN has been a place for solopreneurs moving differently. There are currently 100+ members who come to the space weekly to connect, support one another, and learn how to build sustainable businesses that don’t burn them out.

Hell to the yeah.

SUSTAIN includes bi-weekly workshops and coaching sessions; a thriving, private community space; a library of resources, tools, and exercises; access to three incredible coaches (if I do say so myself), and more.
