Brand Writing Prompt #006
Brand Writing Prompt #006
I recently hired a systems strategist to help streamline my brand-building processes—onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between. I mentioned struggling to get folks to book a call after filling out my intake form. Her response?
“Have you considered including a scheduler in the form?”
And yes, Devin, I have! But what if they’re not a fit?
“You can cancel the call beforehand.”
DUH.
It was so obvious to her but a total “a-ha!” moment for me. My old process was a slow, clunky back-and-forth. Now, I review before the call even happens, saving time and energy for both sides.
Why does this matter for branding? Because what’s obvious to you isn’t always obvious to your audience.
This Week’s Brand Writing Prompt
What’s something that seems really obvious to you but always gives your clients or customers a lightbulb moment?
Write About:
🔥 When did you first realize this wasn’t obvious to others?
🔥 What kind of people benefit from this insight the most?
🔥 How has it changed things for them—or for you?
Feel free to hit reply and let me know the answers to these questions, or keep them to yourself!
I’m always here to help.
See you next week!
