Are you actually being seen?
Notes on visibility and making your brand more noticeable
Hey there,
When I talk to business owners about their brand and marketing challenges, our conversation usually circles around visibility. In short: How do I get more eyeballs on my work?
But visibility doesn’t matter if we can’t see ourselves.
Before we get to the visibility part of our marketing funnel, we’ve got to have an understanding of how we want to be seen and what we want to be known for. And this is the hard work a lot of business owners skip.
They want visibility, but don’t know who they’re trying to reach. They want momentum, but aren’t sure where they’re trying to go. They want to market, but don’t have a message.
So they continue to chase visibility.
They post randomly, tell different stories every week, and chase trends and tactics until they throw up their hands and say, “I guess I’m just bad at marketing!”
You are not bad at marketing.
You’ve just skipped the foundation of marketing: brand-building. You’ve built all of those shiny tactics on shaky ground. One strong gust of wind and ~poof~, you’ve been relocated to a new neighborhood (in this case, maybe it’s a social platform?) and are scrambling to make it work until another gust blows you in a new direction (maybe you’ll start a podcast instead?).

But when you slow down and make your brand visible to the most important person in your business (YOU!), you can turn all those scattered marketing tasks into a grounded, repeatable practice. One that lets you invite people into the neighborhood you’ve intentionally built.
This is why I created Brand Clarity Lab. It’s a space to slow down, see what’s been hiding in your head, and build a brand foundation you can actually use.
Here’s what happens when you join The Lab:
Turn complexity into clarity. You’ll turn scattered ideas into a clear through-line that connects your audiences, offers, and message so everything you share builds on the same story.
Say things that sound like you. Your message will reflect your actual work (and your unique personality). Plus, it will make sense to the people you want to reach.
You’ll stop shouting into the void. With a clear audience and roadmap, you’ll stop posting to post. You’ll choose platforms and messages that fit your goals.
You’ll stop winging it! You’ll leave with direction and a reason behind all your marketing actions.
Brand Clarity Lab kicks off on January 12, 2026, but space is super limited. We keep things small so everyone gets the space to explore what they’re building and get intentional feedback.
If you’re ready to stop reacting and start building with intention, join us.
